Removing Hydraulic Cylinder

CAUTION:
Incorrect handling of hydraulic system
- Risk of damage to hydraulic system
- Malfunction in hydraulic system
→ Do not bend, trap or crush hydraulic lines.
→ Protect hydraulic system from contamination.
- Remove splash guard.
- 1.1. Pull the splash guard -1- up out of the chamber in the water drip pan -2- (-arrow- ).
- Disconnect hydraulic lines.
- 2.1. Pull the water drain hose -1- out of the retaining clip -2- (-arrow A- ).
- 2.2. Pull the hydraulic line -3- out of the retaining clip -4- (-arrow B- ).
- 2.3. Press hydraulic lines -1- out of the retaining clip -2- (-arrow A- ).
- 2.4. Press hydraulic lines out of the retaining clip -3- (-arrow B- ).
- 2.5. Remove tie-wrap -4- .
- Remove drive lever.
- 3.1. Press the two safety clips -1- off the drive lever -2- using the Springfix System Assembly Tool For Pin Circlips Nr. 131 .
- 3.2. Remove the drive lever -2- (-arrow- ).
- Disconnect hydraulic cylinder.
- 4.1. Unscrew fastening nuts -1- .
- 4.2. Pull the hydraulic cylinder -2- out slightly using the drive lever and lift it up and off -arrows- .
