Installing Plastic Panel

  1. Install plastic panel.

    1. 1.1. Insert fixing clip -1-  into the tab on the plastic panel -2-  from behind (-arrow A-  ) and turn 90° clockwise -arrow B-  .
    2. 1.2. Position plastic panel -2-  on roof frame (1) -3-  (-arrow C-  ) and secure with the fastening screws -4-  . → Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ft. lb.) 
    3. 1.3. Stick felt tape -1-  along the rear edge of the plastic panel -2-  (-arrows-  ).

  2. Install centering journal. → 611019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT HOOD MOUNT  - section on "Installing"
