Removing Pulley
- Position pulley -1-
for removal.
- 1.1. Turn the pulley clockwise using special tool turning device 9773 -3-
until one staking bore is flush with the bore in the crankcase.
- 1.2. Stake the pulley using one of the locating pins 9595/1 -4-

- Remove pulley -1-

- 2.1. Unscrew fastening screws -2-
.
- 2.2. Guide the pulley -2-
out through the engine carrier.
- 2.3. Check the pulley -1-
and dowel pin for damage and replace them if necessary.
- 2.4. Replace fastening screws -2-
