Removing Radiator
WARNING:
Hot fluid
- Danger of scalding
→ Let the fluid cool down.
→ Wear personal protective gear.
- Place a container under the radiator to collect emerging coolant.
- Unscrew fastening screw -3- .
- Pull air-conditioning condenser -1- out of the side retaining lugs and suspend it on the body with a tie-wrap -2- .
- Loosen joining socket at the radiator.
- 4.1. Unscrew fastening screws -4-

Place collection container underneath.
- 4.2. Loosen connecting hose for the middle radiator -3- from the guide on the radiator.
- 4.3. Disconnect vent line -2 - and loosen it from the guide on the radiator.
- 4.1. Unscrew fastening screws -4-
.
- Disconnect supply hose -1-
at the coolant pipe.
- 5.1. Remove spring clamps and pull off supply hose -1- .
- 5.2. Refit spring clamps.
- 5.3. Close off opposite piece with a clean cloth.
- 5.4. Check O-ring on plug connection for damage and replace it if necessary.
- Pull off cable plug -1- .
- Unscrew fastening screws -1- on the bottom of the radiator.
- Unscrew fastening screw -1- at the top of the radiator, press fixing clip -2- together and disengage radiator.
- Place radiator on a clean surface.
