Installing Radiator

Information 

  1. Position joining socket.

    The help of another person is required. 

    1. 1.1. Fit joining socket behind the radiator.
    2. 1.2. Guide connecting hose for the middle radiator -3-  into the guide on the radiator.
    3. 1.3. Fit and tighten fastening screws -4-  . Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 
    4. 1.4. Connect vent line -2 -  .

  2. Secure the radiator with the yellow fixing clip -2-  to the body and fit and tighten fastening screw -1-  . Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)

  3. Fit and tighten fastening screws -1-  at the bottom of the radiator. Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)

  4. Fit supply hose -1-  .
    1. 4.1. Coat O-rings with a light coating of Kluberplus Gel and fit supply hose -1-  .
    2. 4.2. Plug connection must engage correctly; check by pulling on it.

  5. Connect cable plug -1-  for electric fan.

  6. Engage the condenser in the side clips -4-  on the radiator and tighten fastening screw -3-  . Tightening torque 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)

  7. Remove tie-wrap.
