Preliminary Work

→ Let the fluid cool down.

→ Wear personal protective gear.

→ Do not place any solid objects under the raised vehicle.

→ Ensure that the lifting platform is prevented from lowering.

→ Remove solid objects before lowering the vehicle.

→ Raise the vehicle only at the jacking points provided.

→ The outer jacking points should be used primarily.

1. Raise the vehicle. → 4X00IN LIFTING THE VEHICLE
2. Drain coolant. → 193817 DRAINING AND FILLING COOLANT 
3. Remove air cleaner housing. → 242519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR CLEANER HOUSING
4. Remove engine guard. → 108019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ENGINE GUARD
5. Remove tensioning roller for drive belt. → 138219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING TENSIONING ROLLER FOR DRIVE BELT
6. Remove the generator. → 272219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING GENERATOR
7. Loosen the air-conditioning compressor and set it aside (do not open lines). → 873419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR-CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR
8. Remove console with deflection roller. → 137719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CONSOLE WITH DEFLECTION ROLLER
