Removing Distributor Housing

Remove vibration damper.
→ 137519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING VIBRATION DAMPER .
Remove tensioning roller.
→ 138219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING TENSIONING ROLLER FOR DRIVE BELT .
Loosen bracket -1- for coolant pump.
1. 3.1. Unscrew two M8 screws at the top -2 and 3- .
2. 3.2. Unscrew M6 screw -4- in the middle.
3. 3.3. Unscrew M8 screw -5- at the bottom.

Unscrew screws -2 to 4- on the distributor housing -1- .
1. 4.1. Remove coolant connection piece.

Remove distributor housing.
1. 5.1. Carefully press coolant pump bracket to the rear using a mounting lever, pull the distributor housing out of the dowel sleeves and remove it.
2. 5.2. Clean sealing faces and component.
