Installing Coolant Regulator

→ Avoid contact with caustic fluid.

→ Wear personal protective gear.

→ Ensure that there is good ventilation.

→ If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.

Information 

• Grease O-rings, hoses and lines in the cooling system with Kluberplus Gel (Part No. 000.043.205.93)  .

1. Check sealing lip -1-  in the housing. The sealing lip must be facing you and must not be folded over.

   Reshape the sealing lip slightly with your finger before fitting it.

2. Fit the coolant regulator carefully and connect cable plug.
   1. 2.1. Check that the cable plug is seated securely.
3. Fit three screws -2-  with heat protection panel -1-  .

   → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.)
