Removing Reservoir
WARNING:
Caustic fluids
- Danger of chemical burns
→ Avoid contact with caustic fluid.
→ Wear personal protective gear.
→ Ensure that there is good ventilation.
→ If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.
- Pull vent lines -1 and 2- off the bleeder valve.
- Remove coolant level sensor.
- 2.1. Pull off the cable plug -1- , turn the coolant level sensor -2- 90° anti-clockwise and pull it out.
- Remove bleeder valve -1-

- 3.1. Unscrew tapping screw -2- .
- 3.2. Pull off the bleeder valve -1- by releasing the locking lug -arrow using a screwdriver -2- .
- Disconnect coolant hoses.
- 4.1. Remove spring clamp -2- (-top arrow- ) and pull off coolant hose -1- .
- 4.2. Engage spring clamp -2- .
- 4.3. Release quick connector -bottom arrow- and pull it off.
- Disconnect coolant pipe -2-

- 5.1. Open clips -1- .
- 5.2. Set coolant pipe -2- aside.
- Remove the reservoir -1-

- 6.1. Unscrew M6 screw -2- .
- Remove the reservoir -1- (-arrow- ).
