Subsequent Work

  1. Bleed the cooling system by starting the engine and letting it warm up.
    1. 1.1. Open the bleeder valve on the coolant reservoir and allow the engine to warm up (coolant temperature: approx. 80 - 90° Celsius).
    2. 1.2. Let the engine cool down sufficiently and check the coolant level in the reservoir (recommended level: almost at maximum).
    3. 1.3. Correct the coolant level if necessary.
    4. 1.4. Close the bleeder valve on the coolant reservoir again.

  2. Visually check coolant line connections and hoses for leaks.
  3. Install engine guard holder.
    1. 3.1. Fit and tighten fastening screws.

      Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)

  4. Install engine guard.

    → INSTALLING ENGINE GUARD .

  5. Fit underbody covers.

    → INSTALLING COVER FOR REAR UNDERBODY .

    → INSTALLING SUPPORT PLATE .
