Removing Electric Fan
- Unplug cable plug and pull counter plug -1- and coolant hose -2- out of the fan frame.
- Disconnect the radiator.
- 2.1. Unscrew two hexagon-head bolts (M8 x 25, a/f 13) -1- at the bottom of the radiator frame.
- 2.2. Unscrew one hexagon-head bolt (M8 x 50) with washer -1- at the top of the radiator frame.
- 2.3. Press locking tabs on the fixing clip -2-
together and disengage radiator frame.
Only for GT3 and Turbo vehicles
- Remove electric fan with frame -1-

- Get another person to hold the electric fan.
- 3.1. Unscrew three internal Torx screws (M6 x 25) -3-
at the bottom of the electric fan holder -2-

Get another person to hold the electric fan from underneath.
- 3.2. Unscrew three internal Torx screws (M6 x 25) -3-
at the top of the electric fan holder -2-
.
Get another person to hold the electric fan from underneath.
- 3.3. Remove electric fan with frame -1-

- Get another person to hold the electric fan.
- Unscrew two internal Torx screws (M6 x 25) at the top of the electric fan holder.
Get another person to hold the electric fan from underneath.
- 4.1. Remove electric fan with frame.
- Suspend the radiator with air-conditioning condenser -1- on the body with a tie-wrap -2- .
- Remove rear air guide.
- 6.1. Pull cable plug out of the guide and unclip the cable on the air guide -arrows- .
- 6.2. Use a flat-nosed pliers to pull off five clips -1- and remove the air guide.
- Remove electric fan.
- 7.1. Remove the cover -1-
by pulling off four clips -2-
using a flat-nosed pliers.
Not for GT3 and Turbo vehicles
- 7.2. Unscrew three M6 hexagon nuts -2- and remove the electric fan -1- from the fan frame.
- 7.1. Remove the cover -1-
by pulling off four clips -2-
using a flat-nosed pliers.
