Installing Electric Fan
- Fit electric fan -1-
in radiator frame and secure with three M6 hexagon nuts -2-

→ Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
- Fit cover on electric fan motor.
- 2.1. Secure cover -1-
with four clips -2-
.
Not for GT3 and Turbo vehicles
- 2.1. Secure cover -1-
with four clips -2-
.
- Fit rear air guide.
- 3.1. Position air guide according to hole pattern and secure with five clips -1- .
- 3.2. Clip in cable and cable plug on the air guide -arrows-
.
Only for GT3 and Turbo vehicles
- Install electric fan with frame -1-
.
Information
- Get another person to hold the electric fan.
- 4.1. Guide in electric fan with frame and secure it to the radiator at the bottom using the rubber sleeves.
Get another person to hold the electric fan.
- 4.2. Tighten three internal Torx screws (M6 x 25) -3-
at the top of the electric fan holder -2-
.
→ Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
- 4.3. Tighten three internal Torx screws (M6 x 25) at the bottom of the electric fan holder.
→ Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
Information
- Get another person to hold the electric fan.
- Fit electric fan with holder.
- 5.1. Guide in electric fan with frame and secure it to the radiator at the bottom using the rubber sleeves.
Get another person to hold the electric fan.
- 5.2. Insert two rubber sleeves on the holder.
- 5.3. Secure electric fan at the top with holder -1-
and two internal Torx screws (M6 x 25) -2-
.
→ Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
- 5.1. Guide in electric fan with frame and secure it to the radiator at the bottom using the rubber sleeves.
- Secure the radiator.
- 6.1. Engage the radiator module on the body with a fixing clip -2- .
- 6.2. Fit three hexagon-head bolts: two M8 x 25 at the bottom and one M8 x 50 with washer at the top.
- 6.3. Tighten the screws.
→ Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
- Remove tie-wrap on the condenser.
