Removing Electronic Adjuster For Turbocharger

→ Let hot components cool down.

→ Wear personal protective gear.

Information 

The procedure for removing and installing is described for one side as an example. The procedure for the other side is practically identical.

1. Disconnect electric connector on electronic adjuster for turbocharger.
   1. 1.1. Pull off rubber cap -1-  .
   2. 1.2. Release connector -2-  and disconnect it.

2. Loosen actuating rod -1-  for electronic adjuster for turbocharger at the top in direction of arrow.

3. Remove protective plate -1-  for actuating rod for electronic adjuster for turbocharger.
   1. 3.1. Press actuating rod -2-  down -arrow-  and unscrew screw at the top -3-  .
   2. 3.2. Unscrew screw at the bottom -4-  and remove protective plate -1-  .
   3. 3.3. Tool recommendation: Socket-wrench insert with ball joint, hexagon socket a/f 5

4. Remove electronic adjuster for turbocharger.
   1. 4.1. Unscrew screws -arrows-  .
   2. 4.2. Remove electronic adjuster -1-  .
