Installing Oil Pipe

Information 

• Aluminum screws must always be replaced. 
• Aluminum screws are secured using the yield-point-controlled method. 
• Use special tool electronic torque wrench 9768 for this. 
• To ensure that the screws are tightened uniformly, the specified tightening setting "light, medium or hard" must be used. 

1. Grease new O-rings with a light coating of Kluber Syntheso Glep.
2. Insert oil pipe into the connection bores.
3. Fit retaining brackets at the top -1-  and bottom -3-  and secure with new aluminum screws -2-  .

4. Tighten new aluminum screws using the yield-strength procedure with special tool electronic torque wrench 2 - 100 Nm (1.5 - 74 ftlb.) 9768  .

   Initial tightening 2.4 Nm (2 ftlb.)
