Installing Oil Pump

  1. Coat new O-ring lightly with transmission oil.
  2. Fit oil pump with the driver on the transmission housing (dowel sleeves) and secure with the new aluminum screw.
  3. Tighten aluminum screw using the yield-point-controlled method.

    Electronic torque wrench 2 - 100 Nm (1.5 - 74 ftlb.) 9768 must be used! 

    Initial tightening 2.4 Nm (2 ftlb.)
