Installing Rear Connecting Link (PDCC Actuator)

  1. Fit connecting link on anti-roll bar. Initial tightening 50 Nm (37 ftlb.) Final tightening +50° 
  2. Fit connecting link on wheel bearing housing. Initial tightening 50 Nm (37 ftlb.) Final tightening +50° 
  3. Clip lines into the plastic holder.
  4. Fit upper and lower pressure line, together with new double seals on the connecting link. Do not confuse the banjo bolts!

    Fit banjo bolt (with check valve) -1-  on the lower pressure line. Secure upper pressure line with a conventional banjo bolt -2-  . Tightening torque 26 Nm (19 ftlb.)

    Differentiating banjo bolts

    1. Banjo bolt with check valve  for lower pressure line
    2. Conventional banjo bolt for upper pressure line
