Preparing Inner Side Section For Installation

Fit in inner side section and secure it to the body. Check gap dimensions. → WM 5X00IN GAP DIMENSIONS
1. 1.1. Fit in and secure inner side section with rear cross member in area -arrows- .
2. 1.2. Drill holes for rivets in area -A- .
→ Diameter: 6.6 mm

In area -A- , drill holes for rivets through the side member reinforcement -1- and inner side section -2- .

Prepare the marked connection areas for bonding and welding.

Green	Bonding + Resistance Spot-Welding
Yellow	Bonding + Riveting
Blue	Bonding
Red	Plug-Welding/Apply A Full Weld Using Inert Gas Without Bonding
