Removing Side Panel

Information 

Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.

1. Mark cuts.
   1. 1.1. Mark cut on the side member in accordance with the new part.

   Information 

   Mark cut in accordance with the new part. Make sure to leave an overlap of approx. 3 cm with respect to the body.

   → Gap: 120 mm

   Information 

   Only make cuts in the top plate. Make sure not to damage the plate underneath when doing this.

2. Cut side panel in the marked areas. Special Electric Cutter - Fine WE 1137 Pneumatic Body Saw PS 1 WE 1138

3. Drill out spotwelds. Spotweld Drill Bit Nr. 129 Pneumatic Spotweld Remover, Vario Drill WS 90 WE 1139

5. Remove side panel.

8. Remove remaining sections of the side panel.
