Preparing Cross Member For Installation

Information 

• Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle. 
• Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well. 

1. Use the straightening system to fit the cross member and fix it in place on the body.
2. Drill bores for screws through the existing holes. → Diameter: 3.5 mm

3. Remove cross member.
4. Prepare the cross member for bonding. → WM 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE
