Preparing Front Wheel Housing For Installation
- Fit front wheel housing and secure it to the body. Check gap dimensions. → WM 5X00IN GAP DIMENSIONS (EXCEPT CARRERA "EDITION", CARRERA CABRIOLET "EDITION", CARRERA 4 "EDITION", TARGA 4, TARGA 4S, TARGA 4 GTS, CARRERA 4 CABRIOLET "EDITION")
- 1.1. Drill bores for the rivets through the existing holes. → Diameter: 6.5 mm
- Prepare connection areas on the front wheel housing for bonding. → WM 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE (EXCEPT CARRERA "EDITION", CARRERA CABRIOLET "EDITION", CARRERA 4 "EDITION", CARRERA 4 CABRIOLET "EDITION")
