Installing Rear Brake Calliper

Information 

• Replace brake calliper fastening screws each time they are removed. 

1. Install the brake calliper in reverse order to removal.

   Use new fastening screws. Note that the screws for grey cast-iron and PCCB brakes are different lengths (PET). Tightening torque: 85 Nm (63 ftlb.).

   Tightening torque for securing brake line to brake calliper: 14 Nm (10.5 ftlb.).

   Tightening torque for M6 fastening screws securing holder to brake calliper: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.).
