Preliminary Work

  1. Remove side convertible top rooflining. → WM 610919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SIDE CONVERTIBLE TOP ROOFLINING .
  2. Remove seal for convertible-top tip. → 613919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SEAL FOR CONVERTIBLE-TOP TIP .
  3. Remove rear seal → 612319 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR SEAL .
  4. Disconnect wire harness for convertible top in the rear window area. → 975519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WIRE HARNESS FOR CONVERTIBLE TOP .
  5. Remove front retaining strip. → 614519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING RUBBER SEAL WITH RAIL (FRONT) .
  6. Remove lower side retaining strip. → 614519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING RUBBER SEAL WITH RAIL (LOWER SIDE) .
