Removing Convertible Top

- Unclip tension rope -1-
from rear ball socket -2-

- Unscrew fastening screw for -1-
rear side window -2-

- 2.1. Remove spacers.
- Remove hydraulic cylinder.
- 3.1. Unscrew fastening screw -3-
from the hydraulic cylinder -2-

- 3.2. Pull off safety clips -1-

- Disconnect plug connection -1-
and unclip wire harness from the water drip pan bracket -2-

- Remove convertible top.
- 5.1. Mark the position of the convertible-top support -2-
and fastening screws -1-
in order to restore the original installation position.
- 5.2. Unscrew fastening screws -1-
from the convertible top support -2-

- Lift the convertible top up and off with the help of another person.
