Removing Inner Side Section

Information 

Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.

1. Drill out spotwelds using Spotweld Drill Nr. 129  .
   1. 1.1. Grind down welded seams in area -A-  .

2. Drill out resistance spotwelds -A-  through the side member reinforcement -1-  and inner side section -2-  .

3. Heat the marked bonding areas.

4. Remove inner side section.
