Preparing Connection Areas Of The Body For Installation

  1. Align the sealing surface and connections of the body.
  2. De-burr connection points and prepare them for welding.
  3. Prepare the marked areas for welding and bonding.

  4. The new floorpan is pushed in between the connection cross member and remaining floorpan piece during installation.
  5. Widen the marked area -arrows-  between the cross member -1-  and floorpan -2-  .
    1. 5.1. Widen the marked area -arrows-  between the floorpan -2-  and tunnel support plate -3-  .
