Remove connection bracket.

Mark and make cuts. → Distance: 35 mm → Distance: 35 mm
Information

Only make cuts in the top plate. Make sure not to damage the plate underneath when doing this.
Make a cut -arrows- as shown along the beading in the firewall plate -2- .

1. 3.1. Drill through punch rivets using a → Diameter: 6.6 mm .

Heat the marked bonding areas of the lower firewall section -2- .

4.1. Remove lower firewall section -2- .

Drill through punch rivets on the floorpan using a → Diameter: 6.6 mm .

Heat bonding areas.

6.1. Remove floorpan by pulling it up.
