Loosening Main Wire Harness In Luggage Compartment At The Right

Information 

Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!

• Assembly work may only be carried out if the mechanic is wearing the working clothes and shoes approved by Porsche. 
• The new part must only be removed from the ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging just before installation and at the position at which the part is to be installed. 
• Never touch the electric pins and plug contacts.

  1. Ground points on floor front section
  2. Connector for voltage transformer for Start/Stop
  3. Connector for luggage compartment emergency release

1. Screw off fastening nuts at the ground points -1-  on the floor front section.
2. Release and unplug electric plug connection for voltage transformer for Start/Stop -2-  . → 270419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER FOR START/STOP
3. Loosen fastening points in the passenger compartment at the left.

   1. 3.1. Detach cable holder -1-  from the bolt on the body.
   2. 3.2. Loosen fixing clip -2-  on the longitudinal member.
   3. 3.3. Pull rubber sleeve -3-  for line to the plenum panel inwards.
