Installing Locking Mechanism For Rear Backrest

Install locking mechanism for backrest.

1. 1.1. Guide locking mechanism into the backrest and clip it into the actuator at the top -arrow- .
2. 1.2. Screw in both fastening screws -1- and tighten to the specified tightening torque.
  → Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)
Install cover of locking mechanism for backrest.

1. 2.1. Guide the two retaining lugs -1- into the backrest.
2. 2.2. Clip in cover of locking mechanism for backrest -arrow- .
3. 2.3. Screw in fastening screw -1- .

4. 2.4. Press in actuating lever on locking mechanism for backrest until it engages securely -arrow- .
