Removing Lumbar Support

Information 

• Cut air connection lines at a right angle. 
• Do not crush air connection lines when cutting them. 

1. Disconnect air connection line -1-  to the lumbar-support motor. -X-  = Length 50 mm  .

2. Disconnect air connection line -1-  to air cushion for backrest. -X-  = Length 30 mm  .

3. Disconnect air connection line to air cushion for seat.
   1. 3.1. Disconnect connection coupling for air connection line -1-  on the underside of the seat -inset-  .

   2. 3.2. Release air connection line from the retaining clip -2-  and feed it out (-arrow-  ).
4. Remove retainer springs -1-  for lumbar support -2-  .

5. Disconnect electric plug connection for control valves -1-  (-arrows-  ).

6. Remove tie-wrap -1-  .

7. Lift lumbar support up (-arrows-  ) and remove it from the bracket -1-  .
