Installing Headliner

Information 

Make sure that the roof cover does not buckle.

1. Guide in the headliner.
   1. 1.1. Two people are needed in order to guide in the headliner.
      1. 1.1.1. Position of first person: Driver's door.
      2. 1.1.2. Position of second person: Passenger's door.
   2. 1.2. Guide the headliner into the vehicle through the passenger's side -arrow-  .

   3. 1.3. Turn the headliner anti-clockwise and place the front edge of the headliner on the center console.

2. Two people must now lift up the headliner and clip in the fastening clips at the rear -arrow-  .

3. Screw in and tighten fastening screws -1-  in the roof console area.

4. Install sun visor holder.

   1. 4.1. Position sun visor holder -arrow-  .
   2. 4.2. Tighten fastening screw → Tightening torque: 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.)  .
   3. 4.3. Close the cover until it engages securely -arrow-  .

5. Fit rubber door seal -1-  on the body flange close to the headliner -arrows-  .
