Removing Subwoofer

NOTE: Incorrect handling of components
  • Risk of irreparable damage to electric and electronic components
  • Reduced functionality

→ Switch off the ignition, remove the ignition key and switch off the audio system before removing the loudspeakers.

  1. Release relay carrier -1-  with gateway control unit -2-  (-arrow A-  ), lift it up and out -arrow B-  and leave it hanging down -arrow C-  .

  2. Remove subwoofer.
    1. 2.1. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  .
    2. 2.2. Pull out the subwoofer -2-  (-arrow A-  ) until the plug connection is accessible.
    3. 2.3. Release electric plug connection -3-  (-arrows b-  ) and pull it off -arrow B-  .
    4. 2.4. Remove subwoofer -2-  .
