Preliminary Work

  1. If a new control unit has to be installed, the values and codings must be read out using 2nd generation PIWIS Tester 9818  prior to removing the "old" PCM display and operator control unit. → 911055 REPLACING DISPLAY AND OPERATOR CONTROL UNIT PCM 3.1 
  2. Remove center console trim. → Removing Center Console Cover
