  1. If the control unit was replaced, the values must be written back into the control unit again using PIWIS Tester II 9818  . → 903555 REPLACING GATEWAY CONTROL UNIT .
  2. If knee airbag installed, remove knee airbag. → 697819 REMOVE AND INSTALL THE KNEE AIRBAG FOR THE DRIVER - Section on "Installing"
