Installing Time Management Control Unit

Only For Left-Hand Drive Vehicles: 

1. Clean knee guard strip with isopropyl to remove any dust and grease.
2. Pull off protective film -1-  .
3. Affix gateway control unit -2-  to the knee guard strip -3-  (-a-  ).

   Only For Right-Hand Drive Vehicles: 

4. Clean bonding area for the gateway control unit on the trim panel for the dashboard with isopropyl to remove any dust and grease.
5. Pull off protective film -1-  .
6. Stick gateway control unit -2-  directly on trim panel for dashboard -3-  .

7. Plug in electric plug connection -a-  until it engages and locks -b  securely.

8. Check that the network name [Service Set IDentifier (SSID)] is sent from the gateway control unit. Refer to WM 902695 TIME MANAGEMENT CONTROL UNIT: FAULT FINDING & INFORMATION ON LED STATUS (ALL MODELS)  Programming time management control unit
