Installing Pressure Pipes

Fit upper pressure pipes

Upper pressure pipe (right side shown here)

Insert pressure pipes and make sure that the tension locks -B- engage securely on the charge-air cooler.

Fit screws on hose clamps -A- at the throttle valve air box at both sides.
Fit air boxes on both sides.

Air box (right side shown here)

Fit air boxes on the air cleaner housing and intake manifold.

Fit screws on the hose clamps at the air cleaner housing -A- and intake manifold - B- .
Raise the vehicle.

Fit pressure pipes on the turbocharger and charge-air cooler -A and B- and make sure that the tension locks engage securely.
