Installing Pressure Pipes

Fit upper pressure pipes

1. 1.1. Insert pressure pipes and make sure that the tension locks -B- engage securely on the charge-air cooler.
2. 1.2. Fit screws on hose clamps -A- at the throttle valve air box at both sides.
Fit air boxes on both sides.

1. 2.1. Fit air boxes on the air cleaner housing and intake manifold.
2. 2.2. Fit screws on the hose clamps at the air cleaner housing -A- and intake manifold -B- .
Raise the vehicle.
→ 4X00IN LIFTING THE VEHICLE
Fit pressure pipes on the turbocharger and charge-air cooler -A and B- and make sure that the tension locks engage securely.
