Removing Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)

Position transmission so that it is vertical on the mounting bracket.
Unscrew fastening screws -1 - 5- .

Fit sleeve and puller from the tool set Puller for ATF supply T40123A on the drive shaft. → T40123A on drive shaft
1. 3.1. Slide the sleeve onto the drive shaft.
2. 3.2. Fit puller.
3. 3.3. The edge -arrow- of the puller must be attached under the sleeve.
4. 3.4. Close the puller and tighten knurled nut -1- .
5. 3.5. Check that the puller is fitted securely on the drive shaft.

Puller for ATF supply T40123A must be engaged using hooks 10-222A/2 on the workshop crane WE 1188 . → Engaging T40123A

Engaging T40123A
Pull Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) out of the transmission housing.
1. 5.1. Set Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) and cover down on a soft surface.
2. 5.2. Do not damage the bar -A- .

Remove clutch cover.
1. 6.1. Remove circlip -arrow- .
2. 6.2. Pull off clutch cover.
