Removing rear door panel

Installation position 

  1. Unclip cover -1-  on door opener using a suitable tool.

  2. Unscrew and remove fastening screws -1-  on door panel.

  3. Unclip door light or reflector -1-  using a suitable tool and disconnect plug connection.

  4. Unscrew and remove fastening screw -1-  at the bottom of the trim panel.

  5. Guide door panel up out of the bracket and swivel it forward.
  6. Disengage cable for door opener.

    1. 6.1. Spread locking lugs outwards -A-  .
    2. 6.2. Remove cable by pulling it to the rear out of the guide -2-  (-B-  ).
    3. 6.3. Swivel cable in direction of arrow until the driver at the front is free -C-  .
    4. 6.4. Remove driver from the door opener -D-  .
  7. Release and disconnect plug connection for wire harness at the door control unit.
