Installation positions of injection system

- Oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter → Tightening torque: 55 Nm (41 ftlb.) High-temperature paste must not get into the slits on the oxygen sensor body .
- Electric plug connection for oxygen sensor
- Hall sender
- Oxygen sensor downstream of catalytic converter → Tightening torque: 55 Nm (41 ftlb.) High-temperature paste must not get into the slits on the oxygen sensor body.
- Control valve for fuel pressure
- High-pressure pump
- Coolant temperature sensor → Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
- Electric plug connection for fuel injectors for intake manifold injection
- Vacuum unit for intake manifold flaps
- Valve for intake manifold flap
- Speed sender/replace screw; oil sealing ring → Initial tightening: 4 Nm (3 ftlb.) → Final tightening: +45°
