Filling The Hydraulic System

When screwing in the screw plug, check that the seal is touching the screw head.

  1. Disconnect hydraulic pump.
  2. Fill the hydraulic pump.

    1. 2.1. Tilt the hydraulic oil tank. The oil filler screw must be above the fluid level.
    2. 2.2. Unscrew screw plug -1-  .
    3. 2.3. Fill the hydraulic oil tank -2-  with Original Porsche hydraulic oil -3-  .
    4. 2.4. Screw in screw plug -1-  and tighten to the specified tightening torque. → Tightening torque: 1 Nm (0.5 ftlb.) 
  3. Check hydraulic oil level.
  4. Ventilate hydraulic oil tank.
