Installing Pulley

Information
- Replace fastening screws for pulley.
- The screw thread and crankshaft flange thread must not be greased.
- Clean the thread on the crankshaft flange to remove grease.
- Fit pulley on the crankshaft flange.
- 1.1. Check the position of the dowel pin.
- Install pulley -1-

- 2.1. Fit new fastening screws -2- in diagonally opposite sequence.
- 2.2. Fix pulley -1- in place with locating pin 9595/1 -4- .
- 2.3. Pre-tighten fastening screws -2- to the specified tightening torque in diagonally opposite sequence. → Initial tightening: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
- 2.4. Perform final tightening using special tool Electronic torque wrench, 2 - 100 Nm (1.5 - 74 ftlb.) 9768 → Final tightening: 90°
- Locating pin 9595/1 can now be removed.
