Removing Rear-View Mirror Housing (Upper Part)

The number of fastening screws, fixing clips, plug connections, holders and trim panels can vary depending on equipment.
The illustrations for removing and installing the drive mechanism are shown only on one equipment variant and may differ from the actual equipment variant.

Unscrew fastening screws -1- .
Move upper part of housing -2- in the lower, front area -arrows- forward and up at the same time and unclip at lower part of housing -3- .
Unclip upper part of housing -2- all the way around and lift it up as far as required until the electric plug connections are accessible.

Disconnect electric plug connections -1- .
Remove upper part of housing -2- .
