Installing Bracket For Oil Cooler

Information
Always replace gaskets and O-rings.
- Grease all gaskets (except for the cooling system) with Kluber Syntheso Glep (Part No. 000.043.204.68).
- Fit left coolant hose -1-
and oil line -3-
on the bracket.
- 1.1. Slide on coolant hose and close the spring band clamp -2- .
- 1.2. Fit union nut on the oil line by hand and screw it on.
- Grease O-ring on the oil pump connection piece with the prescribed lubricant.
- Slide oil cooler bracket onto the oil pump connection piece.
- Secure the bracket and holder to the transmission with two M8 hexagon-head bolts -1-
.
→ Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ft. lb.)
Information

- Fit new O-rings -1- on the oil cooler bracket and grease with the prescribed lubricant.
- Tighten the union nut -2-
on the oil line, clip in control valve -3-
and connect cable plug -1-
.
→ Tightening torque: 34 Nm (25 ft. lb.)
- Connect cable plug -1- to the right temperature sensor.
