Installing Lock Carrier Side Section At The Right

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following: 

  1. Tighten fastening screws securing wing strut to lock carrier to the specified torque. Tightening torque 9.7 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 
  2. Tighten fastening screws securing upper part of lock carrier to lock carrier to the specified torque. Tightening torque 9.7 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 
  3. Tighten fastening screw securing support to lock carrier to the specified torque. Tightening torque 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.) 
  4. Tighten fastening nut securing support to chassis subframe to the specified torque. Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.) 
  5. Tighten fastening screws securing lock carrier to radiator to the specified torque. Tightening torque 4.5 Nm (3 ftlb.) 
  6. Tighten fastening screws securing radiator holder to lock carrier to the specified torque. Tightening torque 4.5 Nm (3 ftlb.)
