Preliminary Work

  1. Remove cross panel.

    > WM 508119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CROSS PANEL (DISASSEMBLING PLENUM PANEL) (EXCEPT PANAMERA EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA 4S SPORT EDITION, PANAMERA 4 EXECUTIVE)

  2. Remove intake-air distributor.

    > 244619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING INTAKE-AIR DISTRIBUTOR

  3. Remove vacuum reservoir.

    > Refer to 245419 Removing and installing vacuum reservoir

  4. Remove coolant pump.

    > 195019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COOLANT PUMP 

  5. Remove thermostat insert.

    > 195819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COOLANT REGULATOR (THERMOSTAT INSERT)
