Fuel distributor for intake manifold injection

- Screw → Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
- Fuel distributor
- O-ring/replace
- Fuel injector/check installation position
- O-ring/replace
- Retaining clip
- Spring band clamp
- High-pressure pump
- With control valve for fuel pressure
- Make sure that no dirt gets into the fuel system during installation
- Protect the high-pressure pump from impact of any kind
- The fuel system must be depressurised for installation
- Do not strain fuel lines during installation
- Adapter/replace → Tightening torque: 40 Nm (30 ftlb.)
- Nut → Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)
- Do not strain fuel lines during installation
- Fuel line connection → Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)
- Clamp/replace
- Screw → Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)
- Fuel supply line
- Do not strain fuel lines during installation
- Vacuum unit for intake manifold flaps
- Vacuum hose
- Intake manifold flap valve
- Temperature sensor
- Screw → Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)
- Intake-air distributor
- Electronic adjuster for intake manifold flap
- Nut → Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
- Screws → Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
- Seal/replace if damaged
- Fuel pressure sensor for low pressure → Tightening torque: 15 Nm (11 ftlb.)
- Adapter → Tightening torque: 15 Nm (11 ftlb.)
- O-ring/replace
- Clip
