The Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM) is attached to the right side rear floor member.

The FPDM controls the speed of the fuel pump to match the fuel demand of the engine.

The pump speed required is calculated by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and transmitted to the FPDM in a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) output.
