Removing Pulley

  1. Position pulley -1-  for removal.
    1. 1.1. Turn the pulley clockwise using special tool turning device 9773 -3-  until one staking bore is flush with the bore in the crankcase.
    2. 1.2. Stake the pulley using one of the locating pins 9595/1 -4-  .

  2. Remove pulley -1-  .
    1. 2.1. Unscrew fastening screws -2-  .
    2. 2.2. Guide the pulley -2-  out through the engine carrier.
    3. 2.3. Check the pulley -1-  and dowel pin for damage and replace them if necessary.
    4. 2.4. Replace fastening screws -2-  .
