Installing rear apron

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following: 

1. Before installation, an adhesive strip → Teflon tape must be affixed at the transition points to the tail lights on the rear apron to prevent damage.

2. Tighten fastening screws securing rear apron to wing using Tightening torque 2 Nm (1.5 ft lb.) torque screwdriver Nr.89 Pos.5  .
3. Tighten fastening screws on retaining strip to Tightening torque 2 Nm (1.5 ft lb.)  .
4. Tighten fastening screws on the underbody to Tightening torque 2 Nm (1.5 ft lb.)  .
5. Tighten fastening screws on the wheel housing liners to Tightening torque 2 Nm (1.5 ft lb.)  .
6. Tighten fastening screws on guide pins for the tailgate to Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ft lb.)  .
7. Remove adhesive strip.
