Installing Mounting Unit

Information
Fit square nut that is further away from the bore with respect to the edge up into the bracket.
- Push drive shaft -1- of the mounting unit -2- into the guide tube.
- Install mounting unit -1- in the assembly frame -arrow- .
- Fit outer -1- and inner -2 - fastening screws at the front and tighten hand-tight.
- Fit rear fastening screws -1-
and tighten hand-tight.
- 4.1. Position retaining bracket -3- and tighten fastening screw -2- hand-tight.
- Fit fastening screws -1- used to secure the mounting unit to the assembly frame at the sides and tighten hand-tight.
- Insert wiring harness -1- into the guide rail -2- .
- Push mounting unit -1- at the left and right onto the rear lock with your hand.
- Position metal clip -1- and engage it in the mounting.
- Install safety clip -1- .
- Tighten fastening screws to the specified torque.
- Fastening screw for outer front mounting unit. Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ft. lbs.)
- Fastening screw for inner front mounting unit. Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ft. lbs.)
- Fastening screw for rear mounting unit. Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ft. lbs.)
- Fastening screw securing retaining bracket to guide tube. Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ft. lbs.)
- Fastening screw securing mounting unit to assembly frame. Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ft. lbs.)
